Contentious Executries and Legal Rights
|
We are also well aware that, unfortunately, at times of a bereavement, family circumstances can become acrimonious and the estate of the deceased can become contentious. This can be for a variety of reasons: family members do not agree on how money should be distributed, or expected the Will to differ in its terms. The confusion can come from a lack of a Will, or a Will that has unusual terms.
We are experienced in advising family members on their entitlements to an estate and assisting them in retrieving this entitlement.
