Paul Motion, team head, has advised many creative sector clients throughout his long career. He is classed as a “leading individual” by The Legal 500 for Media & Entertainment law. Lauren McFarlane is a Senior Solicitor within BTO’s commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property and data protection teams. With experience working at Hearst Magazines in New York City and a Master’s degree in Publishing, she has acquired industry insight and is now a qualified solicitor for practice in Scotland, England and Wales.
