Experience
- Acquisition of a substantial drinks manufacturer
Acting for the purchaser in the acquisition of a substantial drinks manufacturer. This covered a full range of diligence and property matters as well as the complex banking arrangements that were put in place to fund the acquisition.
- Acting in a high value disposal
Acting for the vendor shareholders in a high value disposal of a Scottish manufacturing company to an overseas purchaser. This involved a complex transaction structure and the input of our property team.
- High value and complex shareholder disputes
Our corporate and commercial litigation teams have a strong track record in dealing with high value and complex shareholder disputes. We have received significant instructions in this area and Alastair Dunn, Partner, presented a workshop on this topic for the Law Society of Scotland.
