Insolvency Conveyancing
When insolvency occurs it impacts on heritage owned, part-owned (and on occasions previously owned) by the insolvent.
Examples include:
- Solvent spouse/joint owner buying out the interest of the insolvent party in the property.
- Insolvency Practitioner registering interest in the insolvent’s property
- Sale of heritable property.
Frequently complications can be resolved by negotiation and title issues determined by agreement.
We can assist with the negotiation and structuring of the conveyancing aspects of such transactions.
