Jennifer is a leader with Girlguiding UK, the largest youth organisation for girls in the UK.

Carol Ann is a Paralegal within BTO’s Insurance Litigation Department providing assistance to solicitors within the under 500K Team.

Angus, who is dual qualified to practice law in Scotland and England, is a highly regarded commercial dispute resolution specialist.

He has 12 years of litigation experience acting for private and public sector clients in a wide variety of disputes, including property, insolvency, corporate, banking and energy. Angus also has experience working in-house for two major U.K. plcs - Aberdeen Standard and Lloyds Banking Group.

Angus is a tutor in civil litigation for the University of Glasgow diploma in legal practice and a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Natasha is a solicitor based in our Edinburgh office, advising both Employee and Employer clients on the full spectrum of employment-related issues. This includes conduct, whistleblowing, performance management, redundancy and disciplinary and grievance matters. She has considerable experience in advising on employee exits and has represented clients at mediations and in the Employment Tribunal. In addition to advisory work, Natasha has experience in drafting a broad range of employment documentation including policies and handbooks, settlement agreements and contracts of employment. She has also provided training on a varied range of topics to HR professionals.

Natasha enjoys providing pragmatic solutions to clients in a clear yet approachable manner.

Natasha is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Scottish Young Lawyers Association and Edinburgh Young Professionals.

Scott is involved in advising a variety of clients on corporate and contract matters including corporate structures, shareholders’ agreements, consultancy agreements, collaboration and joint venture agreements, sports management contracts, investment agreements and management agreements. He is also involved in company finance, acting for institutional investors, funders and companies seeking investment.

Scott goes to the gym, plays golf and snowboards.
