This includes conduct, whistleblowing, performance management, redundancy and disciplinary and grievance matters. She has considerable experience in advising on employee exits and has represented clients at mediations and in the Employment Tribunal. In addition to advisory work, Natasha has experience in drafting a broad range of employment documentation including policies and handbooks, settlement agreements and contracts of employment. She has also provided training on a varied range of topics to HR professionals.
Natasha enjoys providing pragmatic solutions to clients in a clear yet approachable manner.
Natasha is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Scottish Young Lawyers Association and Edinburgh Young Professionals.
