Our "solid, dependable and friendly" team is one of the largest in Scotland, containing in the region of thirty lawyers, including ten Solicitor Advocates. Clients view the team as "very customer-focused," understanding their needs and "managing them skilfully". (Chambers UK).
We have vast experience in defending personal injury claims, including handling large-value catastrophic claims, arising from public liability, employers’ liability, product liability and motor claims in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
In addition to acting for major UK insurers, the team is instructed regularly by US, Canadian and Japanese insurers.
