Fatal Accident Inquiries

If you receive notification from the Procurator Fiscal’s office that a Fatal Accident Inquiry has been fixed and you are told you could appear or be represented, let us know.

For various reasons, including the possibility of civil or criminal court proceedings being taken against you after the conclusion of the Fatal Accident Inquiry, we recommend that you should be represented.
