Biography
Sean is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team and is based at our Edinburgh office. Sean qualified as a Solicitor and joined BTO in September 2023, having completed his legal traineeship at another reputable Scottish firm.
Sean holds a particular interest in commercial litigation and has experience representing both public and private sector clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions. Clients have commended Sean for his personable nature, strong work ethic and unwavering can-do attitude.
Sean graduated with a first class LLB (Bachelor of Laws) honours degree from the University of Stirling in June 2020. He then obtained the postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh in May 2021.
Out of Office
Football- playing, coaching and refereeing. Playing wise, Sean recently represented the Scottish Amateur Football Association national select team in a home international match against the Northern Irish equivalent side.
Music - Sean enjoys music both old and new, as well as live performance.
