Biography
Gavin is based in our Personal Injury Department. Upon completing his traineeship, he joined BTO. Gavin has always had a keen interest in litigation and completed a two-year general litigation traineeship. During his training he worked on a range of complex cases which were often heard in the Court of Session. He has experience at dealing with Group Litigation actions, Personal Injury actions, Medical Negligence matters and Judicial Reviews.
Gavin has now become more specialised and is based in our Insurance and Personal Injury Defence department. He is looking forward to focusing more on Personal Injury cases, while continuing to assist where required on range of matters.
