Biography
Emily is a solicitor in our corporate team, based in Glasgow. Emily joined BTO as a trainee and qualified in 2022, completing the majority of her traineeship in the corporate department as well as gaining experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Private Client.
Emily assists and advises on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate governance. Emily also has experience with banking and finance transactions acting for companies seeking investment and banks.
Prior to joining BTO Emily obtained her LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys playing tennis and travelling when she gets the opportunity.
