BTO Solicitors, in conjunction with RGDP Data Protection Officers, is delighted to welcome you to this in-person lunchtime seminar looking at the practical aspects of data protection compliance for housing associations. During this event we will consider how housing associations can best comply with their obligations under the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR and address some of the common issues for housing associations, such as: responding to subject access requests, managing data breaches, disclosing personal data to third parties and other organisations, data protection in grievances and disciplinary matters and usage of CCTV and recording equipment.
