The table below lists updated contract value thresholds, to be applied by Contracting Authorities when considering, from 1 January 2020 onwards, whether they must follow the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. While these thresholds come from European law, they will remain relevant notwithstanding Brexit and until a change is made to Scottish legislation in this regard.
The thresholds have all increased in Sterling, having decreased or remained static in Euros:

In addition, the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 continues to apply, imposing procurement obligations for contracts with values above the following “Scottish” thresholds:
