Administration Assistant – Wills, Estates and Succession Planning (WESP)
Location: Glasgow
Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant to join us and provide support to the fee earners within our WESP team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with first stage client interactions;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with good prioritisation skills;
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping/administration; and
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS office, Excel etc.
The key function is to support the solicitors in the team and duties will include:
- Provision of secretarial and administration service to the team;
- Assisting in the management of client data and record keeping;
- Acting as first point of contact for clients and third parties contacting the team; and
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required.
We would be particularly keen to hear from candidates with audio typing experience.
