BTO’s Strategic Business Plan launched in November 2024 focuses on delivering sustainable and profitable growth over the ensuing five years. Retaining our own highly skilled and accomplished people whilst continuing to attract leading talent through senior lateral hires are key measures of the success of that strategy. With five new partners assumed in 2024 we have already begun the implementation of our plan for growth.
