One third of the world’s population is under lockdown in one shape or form, the daily bombardment of grim statistics keeps coming, the Prime Minister is in intensive care, much of the economy is on a stuttering hold with fallers even before the ‘off’ on the other side of lockdown and yet, in property practice at least, at the end of the tunnel there is perhaps the faintest glimmer of the light of a ‘new normal’.
