Laura specialises in residential conveyancing and has over 5 years’ experience in helping clients with their residential sales, purchasers, re-mortgages, equity releases and transfers of titles.

From the moment the client first contacts BTO, Laura is their main point of contact. She helps them from start to end with the transaction, ensuring a smooth process throughout.

Laura appreciates that for many people, buying and selling a property is the biggest financial investment they will ever make  on a personal basis and the pressures that come with this can be stressful. Therefore, she strives to ensure that communication is both clear and regular with clients to make sure that they feel comfortable contacting her with whatever questions or queries they may have during the transaction.
