Hilary is an Associate in our Corporate team.
She has experience advising clients from small owner managed businesses to larger companies on a wide range of corporate matters.
She advises clients on commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, private equity investments and general corporate governance issues.
Hilary served a year’s secondment at Scottish Enterprise, working in the SE Transaction Team.
She also tutors post-graduate students at the University of Strathclyde in the Company Law elective.
