We prepare the acceptance of the buyer’s offer and work to conclude the missives (contract) with their solicitor, answer all of the buyer’s queries, pay off your mortgage and discharge your security (if applicable)  and deal with the financial transfers. We make sure all of the title deeds are transferred and registered at the Land Register.
