Suzanna Brown

Suzanna is an Associate with our Family Law team.

Suzanna advises on a wide range of family law matters, including complex financial disputes arising following separation, and high net worth cases. She is dual qualified in Scots Law and English Law, and she has particular expertise in cases with cross-border considerations. Suzanna worked for a leading London family law boutique firm prior to joining BTO. She has experience working on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, including those involving multiple jurisdictions.

Suzanna also advises on child law issues, and she has expertise in relocation cases. Her practice extends to Fertility Law, and she has experience advising clients on surrogacy and parentage issues.

Suzanna takes a pragmatic and collaborative approach to resolving cases.
