Yvonne is the Administration Manager in our Insurance & Risk team.

She is the first point of contact for colleagues within the team and clients of the team.

Yvonne is responsible for ensuring client SLA adherence, billing submissions and ensuring accurate and helpful MI is issued to clients timeously.

She regularly engages with BTO’s management team to identify departmental training needs and create better work practices.

Yvonne gets involved in the management of client accounts and attending client meetings providing support on MI/administration issues.

Yvonne also manages the secretarial support team and advises and supports partners and fee earners.

She takes the lead on various team projects, working with our IT developers in the development of our MI and claims management system.

Experience

Yvonne has been at BTO since 2007, originally as PA to the Head of Insurance, before moving into her current role in 2015.  She has gained invaluable knowledge of the insurance sector, our clients and have supported them over many years.  She works closely with the team’s client care partners to that ensure we deliver the very best service at all times.
