Tommy Gemmill

Tommy is a Consultant in our Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team.

He has over 40 years’ experience of dealing with property and personal legal matters and was formerly the senior partner at Carruthers Gemmill – one of the West of Scotland’s most established and successful law firms.

Dedicated to client care, Tommy takes pride in providing a prompt and thorough response to his clients’ needs and whether it is moving house, winding up an estate, wills or tax planning, he is known for his friendly and approachable service.

Tommy has specialised for many years in advising lottery winners on how to avoid the legal and taxation pitfalls of significant wins. As such, he has a diverse clientele stretching from Shetland to Stranraer.
