Tom Miller

Tom is a Solicitor in our Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team.

He principally acts for individuals, executors and families, providing advice on wills, estate and succession planning, executry administration and adults with incapacity matters, including the preparation of Powers of Attorney and Guardianship administration.

Tom is experienced in winding up estates subject to Inheritance Tax, legal rights claims and intestacy (where no will has been left). He is committed to collaborating with clients to provide them with clear, helpful and practical solutions.
