Tim Webster

Tim is a Senior Associate dealing with insurance personal injury litigation defender work.

His portfolio of cases range across employer’s liability and public liability, to road traffic claims in actions brought in the Sheriff Courts across Scotland, the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.

Tim is dual qualified in Scotland and England & Wales, having previously worked for a large insurer in London.

He is regularly instructed in relation to animal related claims, including dog bite cases.

He is also involved in supervision of colleagues and training for clients and colleagues.

Experience

• Most recent significant success was a Pursuer abandoning at the steps of court in an Employment Liability claim worth a potential £200,000. Liability and causation were at issue.
