Stacey joined BTO as a Solicitor in our Corporate Crime and Health and Safety and Regulatory team within our Glasgow office in 2024. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2023, after her traineeship at a high-profile Criminal Defence and Civil firm.

During her traineeship, Stacey has gained a wide expertise in both criminal, civil and regulatory matters. She has experience in Corporate Crime, as well as High Profile Fatal Accident Inquiries, Public Inquiries and Health and Safety and Wildlife Crime. Stacey has acted for both Private Clients, as well as Insurers and has a vast experience with dealing with a broad spectrum of clients. She has been commended by clients in her approach to cases and ability to problem solve to reach desired outcomes for clients.

Prior to her traineeship, she obtained her Dual Qualifying Scots and English Law LLB at the University of Strathclyde and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
