Simon has considerable experience of all aspects of commercial and residential Property investment and development, including acting for institutional lenders in a property finance role, all aspects of asset management including acting for Landlord’s in managing several shopping centres, and acting for several large private petrol station companies on various acquisitions, sales, swaps and management and has most recently spent 3 years in the BTR and acting on Shared Ownership portfolio purchases for an affordable housing provider.

Experience

• Second in command in a team acquiring a £1bn portfolio of petrol stations in 2018 for the PE funded private petrol station operator, Motor Fuel Group (MFG)
• With funding from local government pension funds, assisted in acquiring £3bn+ of new build residential property for an affordable housing provider, Heylo housing
• Acting for SIGMA CAPITAL on acquiring £circa £500m of Build to Rent properties, off plan and in bulk
• Acting for Morrison Community Care Group, on purchase and development of care homes around England and Wales
