Robert is a young, vibrant Senior Solicitor specialising in contentious employment litigation. He has a particular interest in commercial mediation, judicial mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

He has been commended as an excellent negotiator and regularly advises on settlements, including advice and assistance in concluding COT3 and Settlement Agreement work.

Following an earlier career in Claimant only work, Robert has more recently enhanced his Employer/Respondent practice to include defending employment tribunal claims of all levels, including discrimination and unfair dismissal complaints.
