Rhona is experienced in the investigation and defence of all types of personal injury claims, including motor, employers’ liability, public liability and occupiers’ liability claims. Her caseload involves high value and complex personal injury court actions, including catastrophic and fatal claims.
She regularly deals with claims involving spinal injury, head/brain injuries, severe orthopaedic injuries, psychiatric injuries and amputations. She has also developed a particular interest in cases involving potential fraud or exaggeration.
Rhona’s caseload involves work in the Court of Session, the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and the local Sheriff Courts. She provides training regularly to insurers and other external insurance contacts and works hard to deliver high quality advice and service to our clients.
