She has several years of experience in a variety of property law matters, including rural property work, residential property, voluntary registrations, deeds of servitude, security work, purchases and sales.
Rachel has acted for a variety of clients including housebuilders, developers and individuals. Rachel has significant experience in Sasine title examinations.
Rachel has a keen interest in mapping and boundary matters and she completed an Oxford University course in mapping to assist with solving any title and boundary issues clients may have.
