Paul Greenhill

Paul is a Partner in our Real Estate team.

He is dual-qualified in both Scots and English law, and acts for a variety of clients throughout the UK.

He has experience in representing a wide range of tenants in transactions involving retail and office premises, both north and south of the border and in dealing with the property aspects of personal pension schemes.

Paul also regularly acts for lenders and borrowers in bank security transactions.

Additionally, Paul represents a variety of clients in investment acquisitions and sales, and has acted for third sector clients, including charities and housing associations, in development transactions.

Paul frequently advises clients on Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT).

Acting for a household name entertainment company in lease management transactions throughout Scotland.

Representing a large US-owned financial services company in taking new leases of premises in London and in Ayrshire.

Acting for a company in the automotive industry in acquiring large-scale industrial premises in Lancashire and Warwickshire.

Representing a care home provider in a large-scale acquisition of a number of nursing homes in Ayrshire, involving the securitisation of the company’s larger portfolio.

Acting for a large charity in acquiring and leasing properties in Renfrewshire, Dumfriesshire and Inverclyde.
