Olivia Coyle

Olivia is a Senior Solicitor in our market leading Regulatory and Investigations team.

She advises organisations and individuals in relation to financial crime incidents including fraud, bribery & corruption, sanctions, tax evasion, supply chain management and corporate criminal liability. She also advises on competition law matters.

Experience

• Experience working at the Competition and Markets Authority (the UK’s competition regulator) where she advised on cartel and merger investigations with both UK and international elements.
• Experience advising on various regulatory matters including in relation to financial crime, health & safety and environmental incidents.
• Experience preparing compliance frameworks.
• Advocacy experience including representing clients in the Sheriff Court.
