Martin Walker

Martin is a Partner in our Professional Discipline & Clinical Defence team.

He represents a wide range of professionals before their professional regulators, with a particular focus on teaching and further education, medical and other health related professions.

He also has experience in representing individuals in the financial, social care and sports sectors.

In addition to this, he acts in associated criminal complaints and referrals to Disclosure Scotland.

Martin also specialises in Fatal Accident Inquiries and Public Inquiries.

• Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Regulation of Professional Conduct Law.
• Holds a Masters Level Certificate in Regulatory Law and Practice.
