Mark is an Associate in our Real Estate team.

He represents clients on a full range of commercial property matters from high value acquisitions and disposals, strategic land acquisitions and options, to leasing and lease management transactions and commercial property financing.

Mark  advises a broad base of clients from international, City based and Scottish property investment sectors, the whisky industry, the retail and logistics sectors, national housebuilders and smaller developers, to niche investors. He consistently delivers high quality pragmatic advice which is appreciated by our clients.

Experience

• Acting in a range of high value acquisitions and disposals.
• Assisting Scott Buchan in both the acquisition and sale of West End Retail Park in Glasgow’s west end.
• Acting in the acquisition by one of our clients in the whisky sector of Bob Dylan’s country house and estate in the Scottish Highlands.
