Lucy Dunlop

Lucy is a Senior Solicitor and Notary Public within our Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow.

Since joining the team, Lucy has regularly advised clients in relation to contentious and non-contentious disputes including property litigation, sequestrations, social-housing, debt recovery and general commercial disputes.

Lucy frequently appears in the Scottish Courts and First-Tier Tribunal for Scotland on behalf of a wide range of commercial and private clients. She has successfully obtained evictions for clients and negotiated settlement in relation to neighbour disputes and has obtained interdicts in urgent and time-sensitive matters.

Lucy has provided training to clients and organisations in relation to interpreting title deeds and preparing for Court.  She has received positive feedback for her training such as: “the content was spot on (and) the advice, information and guidance provided will give us more direction and confidence to raise proceedings for Court Actions.”
