READ MORELiam is a Legal Executive in BTO’s Wills, Estates and Succession Planning team, where he assists with drafting Wills and Power of Attorneys, as well as the administration of estates and the provision of advice relating to lifetime succession and estate planning.
Liam has assisted with the administration of estates from initial meetings to completion and has experience of handling the wide variety of issues which can arise in the process.
He also has experience of drafting complex Wills including Trust provisions and unconventional family dynamics, where his precise attention to detail has ensured that clients’ wishes are accurately and clearly reflected.
Liam graduated from the University of Glasgow with an Honours degree in Scots Law shortly before joining BTO in 2023.
