Kirsty is a Partner in the Divorce & Family Law team.

Kirsty has experience in all areas of family law and represents clients throughout Scotland. She has practiced family law exclusively since 2007, with experience in both the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.

Despite her litigation experience, she is committed to, and enthusiastic about, resolving disputes away from the court setting, wherever possible. Kirsty is a qualified collaborative lawyer and has a reputation for building good relationships with clients, solicitors and other professional advisors.

As well as helping clients work through relationship breakdowns, Kirsty has extensive experience in the preparation of prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements.
