She is recommended for her debt recovery work by The Legal 500. She has extensive experience in debt recovery actions, including protective diligence and enforcement action, both in Scotland and in other jurisdictions, and of handling litigation stemming from debt recovery disputes, for businesses and individuals, at the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.

Kirsteen is frequently instructed by RSLs, companies, private clients and other law firms in debt recovery and on a wide range of litigation matters.

Kirsteen also has a strong insolvency litigation focus, regularly acting for insolvency practitioners in this area.
