Kimberley is a solicitor in our Employment team. She has experience advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. 

Kimberley has advised on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues, and contractual disputes. Kimberley regularly drafts bespoke employment documentation and advises on settlement agreements. She also has experience of pursuing and defending employment tribunal claims, providing clear and pragmatic advice to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
