Kay qualified as a solicitor in the summer of 2024 having undertaken a specialised family law traineeship. She provides advice in relation to a wide range of family law matters, including separation and divorce, financial provision, cohabitation, and child related cases. Kay also has experience in dealing with international and cross-jurisdictional cases particularly those concerning international child abduction and relocation disputes both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
