Ian has extensive experience in the negotiation of construction and engineering contracts (including those based on standard form contracts such as the SBCC, JCT, NEC and ICC forms), professional appointments, collateral warranties and all associated documentation to provide a market standard suite of construction documents.
He is used to working as part of a multidisciplinary team and has had day to day exposure to the processes required to deliver projects successfully on time and within budget.
