Emily MacConnell

Emily is a Solicitor in the Property and Professional Liability team.

She has detailed experience in the pursuit and defence of claims within the Sherriff Courts and Court of Session.

Emily’s experience includes product liability claims, construction property damage claims, contractual disputes, policy advice and professional negligence.

She graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2020 with a first-class honours degree in Law (LLB) with Spanish Language.

Her undergraduate degree included an ERASMUS year abroad to the University of Salamanca where she studied Spanish law, in Spanish.
