Diana McLeish

Diana joined BTO in August 2024 working alongside Marianne and Michael in the marketing team. She now works with Scott Grant in the Business Development department and has over 14 years’ worth of events, marketing and BD experience.

Prior to joining BTO Diana worked for a global law firm based in London specialising in events management before relocating to Scotland with her husband and young family to run a multi award winning, boutique, family led firm where she stayed for 11 years.

She joined BTO after the birth of her third son and works part time in our Glasgow office.

Diana loves to network and meet new people. She is a team player and loves to facilitate introductions. She enjoys thinking of new, creative and exciting ways to win business and develop relationships for the benefit of the firm. Her personal and professional development is very important to her and she looks forward to achieving great things for BTO during this exciting new chapter.

Diana is an active member of our Charity & Social Committee BTO Cares and regularly challenges herself to fundraise for causes close to her heart. She recently completed the Glasgow Kiltwalk and successfully climbed 3 National Peaks in 24hours raising over £5,000 for Glasgow Children’s Hospital. Diana is kind, enthusiastic, passionate and enjoys being around people that inspire her.
