Bryony is a Senior Solicitor in our Professional Discipline and Clinical Defence team, which is ranked Band 1 by Chambers UK.
She assists with a broad range of defence work, acting on behalf of general practitioners, nurses, dentists and other clinicians in claims of alleged negligence.
Bryony is experienced in resolving claims pre-litigation, and in litigating claims in the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.
Bryony has assisted clinicians in defending a wide variety of claims such as prescription error, delay in diagnosis of cancer and fatal claims.
