Alison manages BTO’s debt recovery team and also runs her own debt recovery caseload within our Commercial Dispute Resolution team.
For years, she has progressed cases for several Housing Association clients, which includes raising court actions in all Scottish Courts to pursue for various sums and recovery of possession of property.
Alison acts for a wider variety of commercial clients, including financial institutions, factoring companies and SMEs, pursuing individuals and companies for the recovery of sums due to our clients. She does this whilst maintaining a great rapport with clients and an excellent record of recovery.
