Paul Greenhill promoted to partner in BTO real estate team

BTO is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul Greenhill to partner within its Real Estate team.

A dual-qualified lawyer in Scots and English law, Paul has built an exceptional reputation for delivering tailored, strategic advice across a range of real estate matters. His expertise and client-focused approach have earned him high praise across the legal and business communities.

In his new role, Paul will continue to support clients on commercial property matters across diverse sectors, including retail, entertainment, financial services, automotive, charity and the public sector.  His work spans tenant representation, investment acquisitions, and supporting lenders and borrowers in bank security transactions, among other areas.

Paul’s promotion follows the recent recruitment of three new solicitors across BTO’s Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, further strengthening the firm’s real estate offering.
