Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) – White Collar Crime and Investigations

Location – Glasgow

We have an exciting opportunity in our white-collar crime and investigations team.

The team advises leading Scottish, UK and overseas organisations. You will be involved in high profile matters in a growing area of law.

We are looking for candidates at NQ up to 3 years PQE level but can be flexible. The role will involve advising clients on white collar crime and regulatory compliance, to conduct internal investigations, to support clients through regulatory investigations and to represent clients facing enforcement action.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients across a range of sectors on white collar crime and regulatory legal developments such as bribery, fraud, tax evasion and sanctions.
  • Assisting on internal investigations.
  • Advising clients through regulatory investigations.
  • Assisting in the delivery of training to clients on regulatory obligations and compliance measures.
  • Representing clients facing enforcement action, including criminal prosecutions.
  • Assisting with business development and networking initiatives.

The successful candidate will have an ability to provide clear written legal advice, an interest in emerging regulatory developments and an ability to build working relationships with clients, particularly corporates.
