READ MOREAs a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department’s Paralegal team, Chris is tasked with administering the process of debt recovery for BTO’s clients.
Liaising with both clients and solicitors, it is Chris’ role to prepare and raise court actions involving claims under jurisdiction of the Sheriff Court in Simple Procedure, Ordinary Cause and Summary Cause claims. He is also responsible for drafting legal documents, assisting solicitors and managing a varied caseload under strict deadlines.
Chris has an HND in Legal Services and he has a history of working in the field of Private Investigation, with considerable knowledge of this industry.
