- Advising restauranteur client new to the Scottish market on the acquisition of premises in Edinburgh.
- Advising residential developer on the acquisition and sale of sites for residential development (including site for circa 1000 new homes in the central belt).
- Lead solicitor advising on the acquisition of a site in Glasgow city centre for purpose-built student accommodation, including development finance and agreement for lease with a university, seeing the development through from beginning to end.
