Sharon has over twenty years’ experience working in conveyancing within BTO’s Real Estate team.

She has been qualified as a Paralegal since 1998 and holds a Certificate of Professional Development in Advanced Conveyancing Practice.

Experience

Sharon specialises in:

• Assisting in the transfer of clients’ individual property portfolio’s and associated securities to parent Companies.
• Complex title issues and undertaking complex remedial conveyancing.
• Development Deeds of Conditions, including Development Management Scheme deeds for builder clients.
• Land and Property Sales.
• New build plot sales.
• Refinance and Security Conveyancing including Dispositions, Certificates of Title, Standard Securities, Discharges and related documentation.
• Servitude transactions for Commercial and Private clients.
• Social Housing with a clear understanding of housing legislation and relevant property legislation such as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and the Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004.
