Roisin Cooper

Roisin is a diligent and empathetic family lawyer. She is experienced in considerately dealing with all aspects of family law, including financial provision on divorce, cohabitation and has worked on several high net worth divorce cases.

Roisin also has experience in assisting with disputes in relation to children, including issues arising from cross jurisdictional and relocation disputes, and she has acted in Petitions under the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

Roisin helps her clients resolve matters in a pragmatic, efficient manner appropriate to their needs.

Roisin is a qualified collaborative lawyer committed to resolving matters for her client’s outside of Court. She is also prepared to litigate where necessary and has experience in appearing in the Sheriff Court and as an instructing agent in Court of Session actions.
