Emma advises a broad range of clients, across many sectors, on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, group re-organisations, joint ventures, investments and general corporate and commercial advisory work.

She is also part of BTO’s Banking & Finance team (with experience acting on both the funder / investor and borrower / company side) and Energy & Renewables team.
